                      | | Châteauneuf du Pape red: The traditional red is a blend of 60% grenache, 15% sryah, 15% mourvedre, and 5% other grapes. A very powerful, robust wine which drinks well young, but has the potential to age for many years. A very typical Châteauneuf du Pape of old style tradition.

                      | | Châteauneuf du Pape red " Cuvée des Félix": The Cuvee des Felix is our special cuvee, only made in good years. It makes up 10% of our production. It is a selection of our oldest vines. 60% Grenache, 25% mourvedre, 5% syrah, and 5% other grapes. The vinification is traditional, then about 18 months in old oak barrels. It's a wine that is structured and more powerful than the traditional red.
With notes of red fruits, black licorice, and dark chocolate. This wine pairs well with duck and spicy dishes..

                      | | Châteauneuf du Pape blanc : Our white represents 5% of our production. It's a blend of 35% clairette, 35% white Grenache, 15% Rousanne, and 15% bourboulanc. It is aged in enameled vats and bottled six months after harvest to keep its freshness.
This wine has a lovely balance, with aromas of white flowers, pear, and lemon. Best at 1 to 3 years old, but can be aged. Pairs well with white fish, foie gras, and asparagus.
